Logistics & Delivery Service Rules
2.1 Reasonable Delay Extension Provision
Shipping delays caused by uncontrollable factors including natural disasters, extreme weather, port/airport suspension, flight or vessel schedule adjustment, official mandatory inspection, and policy regulation shall be reasonably extended without penalty. Guoruitech assumes no liability for indirect or direct losses arising from objective logistics delays beyond reasonable control.
2.2 Destination Customs Clearance Allocation of Responsibilities
The buyer is fully responsible for destination country import customs clearance, relevant tariff and tax payment, and compliance with local import laws and regulatory requirements. Guoruitech does not undertake destination clearance agency services by default. For cargo detention, seizure, abandonment or disposal caused by buyer’s active refusal to clear customs, incomplete import qualification, or violation of local import regulations, Guoruitech provides no refund or compensation. For clearance failure caused by official policy changes or purely objective non-human factors, both parties shall negotiate a reasonable solution based on actual circumstances.
