Terms of service
Applicable Scope & Agreement Acceptance: These Terms of Service and Legal Disclaimer apply to all international orders, logistics, delivery, after-sales, return and refund services provided by Guoruitech. By completing payment and confirming the order, the buyer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to abide by all terms herein. All transaction rights and obligations shall be governed by the principle of fair trade and applicable international cross-border e-commerce regulations.

1. General Service Rules
1.1 Order Validity & Product Description Standard
All product prices, specifications, service rules and logistics schemes confirmed after buyer’s payment are legally binding on both parties. Minor visual differences including but not limited to picture deviation, color difference, and slight parameter adjustment caused by manufacturer batch iteration do not constitute quality defects or contractual breaches, provided that the core function and performance of the products remain unchanged.
1.2 Service Scope & Boundary
Guoruitech’s service obligations are limited to product production, pre-shipment quality inspection, international outbound shipping arrangement and basic logistics tracking. Unless a written special agreement is signed by both parties, Guoruitech is not responsible for destination-local transportation scheduling, customs clearance, tax declaration, and offline after-sales maintenance in the importing country. All unagreed additional services are not included in the original order service scope.
1.3 Buyer’s Accuracy Obligation of Delivery Information
The buyer shall take full responsibility for ensuring the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of consignee name, contact number, delivery address and customs declaration information. Any delivery failure, cargo return, abandonment or destruction arising from incorrect, incomplete, invalid or untraceable information provided by the buyer, or failure to cooperate with delivery verification, shall be borne solely by the buyer. Guoruitech shall not be liable for compensation for such man-made attributable losses.
1.4 Service Time & Force Majeure Extension Rule
All promised processing and transit time refers exclusively to Chinese working days, excluding weekends, Chinese statutory holidays and official holidays of destination countries. Delivery schedules may be reasonably extended due to uncontrollable objective circumstances. Guoruitech shall not be liable for delay losses caused by force majeure events.
